The present study introduces an experimental model of economic feasibility Project with the aim of enhancing unused public buildings in the hinterlands of the Greek area. It has been used the SostEc model and in order to highlight its effectiveness as an evaluative tool to be used throughout the decision-making process. After the definition of the enhancement project of two properties, located in Condofuri (metropolitan city of Reggio Calabria – Calabria - Italy), we introduce two management models that highlight both the advantages and disadvantages resulting from the choice to adopt a profit management model from a Mixed model having a no-profit component.
