Abstract

The participation tells a didactic and research experience conduct during that the the Workshop – Seminary abita Zone, near the Faculty of Architecture of Buenos Aires 01-10 March, finalized to produce to ideas of plan in one zone degraded in the periphery of Buenos Aires. A plan of a mono familiar house in a lottery of the Fatima Villa the whose program previewed a great flexibility in the time of the constructed spaces, typical one of the participation context, in relation to the possible increase of the familiar nucleus. But above all that he was easy realizable, with a technical aid, from the future customer, using therefore human technologies and local resources. The context is one of those places in the world, and by now if of it they see unfortunately many, species to the margins of our cities, that it is worth the pain “to more often visit” because they can indeed change the sense that we must give to our everyday life, and that is still truer if, like architects, we are active part in dynamics of transformation of the territory. The “Fatima Villa” of Buenos Aires is one of these places. A place in which you ask yourself if it has sense to speak about constructive choices, of technology-complex, sustainability species if, appropriated. Where the material from construction is that that often is found in the rubbish dump and the constructive technique is dictated from that six successful one to make to be in feet. A place where the minimal conditions do not lack habitability simply, term from we only used and misused for the corrected procedures bureaucratic control, but that truer and end too much discounted, of liveability. A place where it is not lived, but is survived. And when someone is remembered of these places, it is taken part completely constructing decontextualized buildings, typical of the every degraded periphery, than it does not give no contribution to the needs of people.
