The energy transition is now extremely necessary and urgent: for it to take place changes based on energy saving, consumption efficiency and use of renewable energy sources must be triggered. In such a scenario, the activation of new forms of collective action and collaborative economies, combined with the opportunities offered by new digital technologies, constitute the cornerstones, as well as represent an opportunity for new green economy models. In this new development scenario the topic of the work arises, which aims to analyze the satisfaction of the electricity needs of a residential condominium located in the Municipality of Reggio Calabria, comparing, in terms of energy and economic benefits, its electric supply obtained separately for each user through a photovoltaic system, with that obtainable as members of an energy community. The analysis shows that even if there is no marked reduction in fluxes exchanged with the grid, thanks to the incentives a significant reduction of expenses is obtained (–50%), with NPV benefiting from a saving of about € 14,000 at the end of plant life.

Abstract
The analysis shows that even if there is no marked reduction in fluxes exchanged with the grid, thanks to the incentives a significant reduction of expenses is obtained (–50%), with NPV benefiting from a saving of about € 14,000 at the end of plant life.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
