The great infrastructure for research “BUILDING FUTURE LAB.”, represents a technological innovation for Testing Advanced building performance. The BFL exceeds the traditional transfer method of constructive experiences, and strives to achieve a transfer of technology and skills-based testing for the definition and certification of performance. The heart of proposal is the phase of Testing Advanced solutions under investigation through the use of the compendium of machines consisting of the TEST LAB, TEST ROOM, and TEST CELL, which are technologies that work with advanced equipment, as well as with systems borrowed from the world of aeronautics, for the verification of dynamic performance, simulation, and monitoring of the actual behavior of the "technological systems".These days we are starting the assembly of the project with the REXROTH Group R.Bosch MokeUp for the TESTLAB to become operational along with the rest of BFL, then of ABS2016 Conference. A significant staff-training program completes the picture of an ambitious but practical and feasible upcoming SPINOFF company. Within this project there are some pending patents.
