Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has been implemented at different levels in several urban contexts evolving towards sustainability. The main objective of MaaS is to encourage passengers’ mobility inside integrated transport services, in order to achieve sustainability goals with the support of information and communication technologies. According to MaaS perspective, the passengers are considered at the centre of the transport system. This paper addresses the study of MaaS with specific reference to evaluation methods developed and tested inside a laboratory experimentation. In some territorial areas, pilot samples of users were interviewed, proposing some hypothetical scenarios with a stated and revealed preferences type survey. The choices of users were analysed and evaluated in terms of some indicators connected to the targets of Agenda2030. The work proposes in schematic way the experimental and evaluation path that allows to measure the changes that can be pursued in the global goals defined in Agenda 2030, leaving from a structure of services, the MaaS, with impact in the real local metropolitan areas. The results may be used for the definition of a general methodology for passenger mobility analysis and sustainability evaluation and for the support of the design of feasibility projects in MaaS implementations.

Abstract
The results may be used for the definition of a general methodology for passenger mobility analysis and sustainability evaluation and for the support of the design of feasibility projects in MaaS implementations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
