Cultural Commons definition comes, therefore, from the recognition of the interaction between Cultural Heritage tangible and intangible components and from the growing social role of urban communities. Culture, Heritage of a region or a city, must be able to involved, in their planning actions the entire community in a social and creative action. This means not to consider Cultural Heritage as separate from identitary, social, economic/employment field.
