The wider concept of Heritage Education and its affirmation on cultural background, highlighted innovative opportunity and positive effects in the processes and policies of social cohesion of the places. Social cohesion processes are started, when Cultural Heritage becomes substantial component and generative and re-generative element. Its starts knowledge and relationships, as opportunity to rethink the Heritage in its evolution. In its complex development to becomes Cultural Common. Collective and social dimension of Heritage, in the development and regeneration exemplary, in which communities play a leading role and the possible synergies between the different subject, suggests practical and approaches that respect and exalt its social, cultural, symbolic and economic value. The trends that speak of integrated approach, highlighting how the Heritage resources, regardless of who is the owner or holder, are carriers of a value that belongs to all community members, and in this sense they are Common. The concept of Cultural Commons expresses a sort of procedural afterthought, an evolution and conceptual growth, which contains the meaning of valorization Heritage, in addition to the ethical duty of preservation. Cultural Commons definition comes, therefore, from the recognition of the interaction between Cultural Heritage tangible and intangible components and from the growing social role of urban communities. Culture, Heritage of a region or a city, must be able to involved, in their planning actions the entire community in a social and creative action. This means not to consider Cultural Heritage as separate from identitary, social, economic/employment field. Speaking of Cultural Commons means, therefore, that next to regeneration urban projects, there is the need of a city and citizen training course of Heritage Education, aiming to rediscover and redefine the meaning of places, such as spaces of aggregation and daily life
