Abstract

Renewable energy sources are currently known as the only possible alternative for the resolution of energetic supplying crisis. In Europe, among the renewable energies sector, the main performance, there’s the eolian energy’s one. The mostly exponential, growing-up sector, is not flanked to a right plants’ planning, which has determined an expressive disparagement of problems, regarding the inscribing in the landscape’s scopes. Such work, wants to show how the GIS (Geographic Information System) can be employed to help the involved boards (through kinds of data, and instruments they’re endowed to correlate informations contained in them), to install aero-turbines, indicating the suitable areas for the specific application, and guaranteeing a high degree of respect for environment.
