Abstract
Abstract The concept of nearly zero energy building, introduced by Directive 31/2010,has led to increased testing of complex systems of facade for the realization of dynamicand intelligent wrappers to find reflected in the design of symbolic housing, often notconsidered in a climatic context, but characterized by the use of advanced technologies.Whereas that a nearly zero energy building (NZEB) is characterized by the energybehavior with respect to the climatic context of reference, the goal of research is toidentify a methodology to analyze and compare the technological systems used so they canto ensure optimum energy performance. On the basis of the case studies identified in relation to the definition of NZEB, the objectof investigation are the vertical opaque external components, that represent one of theelements that characterize the overall energy performance of the building. So, making ananalysis and a subsequent comparison of the components respect to some differentindicators and parameters, distinguished according to the need of energy efficiency orenvironmental compatibility, in particular CO2 emissions during the use phase - aparameter that can implement the databases -.So, through an evaluation "multiple criteria", applied to different scenarios of reference,is possible to identify some optimal solutions that are subsequently contextualizedconsidering the orientation of the facade and, consequently, of the component.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
