IL PERCORSO DELL'ARCHITETTURA TRA PROGETTO ED ESECUZIONE riflessioni su quattro progetti realizzati

Sometimes the architecture is created conflict between determinants. Sometimes the actors of the "theater of the building" does not have the same representation in mind so as to flow into the same objective. The Vitruvian triad still, for every new product, is kept at the christening "building process". It 's where the representation will be crowded with new decisive factors: the business world, the client, regulatory frameworks. The economic and financial framework, the engine of any event, there is already so much in the Vitruvian in the current one, certainly less fascinating and historically consolidated, but fatally true. The examples that follow belong to different stories. Each led by a destiny different but all equally contaminated, such as negatively and positively, by the circumstances and context. All this, to put the focus on the critical line of the border post between the project and its execution. In the best and most desirable cases this particular time of conflict ends and is consumed, but engaging with a reasonable compromise and with the quiet satisfaction of both. In other cases, the fighting becomes bitter and does not end at all, leaving the field without first visible results of the compromises of the history of the building.

Qualche volta l’architettura nasce tra conflittualità determinanti. Qualche volta gli attori del “teatro del costruire” non hanno in mente la medesima rappresentazione tanto da confluire nel medesimo obiettivo. La triade vitruviana ancora oggi, per ogni nuovo manufatto, viene tenuta a battesimo dal “processo edilizio”. E’ lì che la rappresentazione si affolla di nuovi determinanti elementi: il mondo imprenditoriale, la committenza, i quadri normativi. La cornice economica e finanziaria, motore di ogni evento, è già presente tanto nell’ambito vitruviano quanto in quello attuale, sicuramente meno affascinante e storicamente consolidato, ma fatalmente reale. Gli esempi che seguono appartengono a storie diverse. Ciascuna guidata da un destino differente ma tutte ugualmente contaminate, quali negativamente e quali positivamente, dalle circostanze e dal contesto. Tutto questo, per porre l’attenzione verso quella linea critica di confine posta tra il progetto e la sua esecuzione. Nel migliore e più auspicabile dei casi questo particolare momento di conflittualità finisce e si consuma, con un ragionevole ma avvincente compromesso e con la tranquilla gratificazione di entrambi. In altri casi la lotta diviene aspra e non si conclude affatto, senza prima aver lasciato sul campo i risultati visibili dei compromessi della storia del costruire.
