Per quanto il design sia piacevolmente immediato ed affascinante nell’impatto visivo, passare ad un autonomo progetto, mantenendo coerenza e identità ben definite, dimostrando così che gli esempi che ho fornito e le loro lezioni, siano stati assimilati è tutt’altra cosa. Le immagini devono anche essere ben chiare, non solo nella qualità della foto, ma anche del SENSO dell’oggetto, o tema. Qui elenco gli esempi su 362 studenti iniziali di quest’anno, in cui questi tentativi, queste volontà testarde come deve essere un progettista, delineano quanto ho detto: autonomia ed identità ben definite, testardaggine, successi parziali, molto parziali e purtroppo ancora molto naif. Nessuno di loro dimostra di aver davvero guardato gli autori che ho presentato, e che sono invece proprio ad hoc per questa esperienza e che contengono indubbiamente i modi per uscire con una soluzione progettuale dal loro problema. Vedremo, siamo a metà anno. Ciò che mi dà fiducia in loro è che sono bravi, fiduciosi, coerenti e… stranamente increduli! Quindi altra cosa che avranno da questo corso è la consapevolezza, non autostima, non esageriamo, ma la consapevolezza di saper condurre in porto la loro scommessa e... comunque la si voglia chiamare: occasione di progetto.
