Nowadays, thanks to new technologies, we are observing an explosion of data in different fields, from clinical to environmental. In such a scenario, a well-known problem in Big Data is represented by the efficient management e visualization in order to extract insights. The aim of this scientific work is to propose an innovative platform for managing the oceanographic acquisitions. More specifically, we present two innovative visualization techniques: general overview and site specific observation.
