The New National Guidelines for Primary School Education in relation to "Body Movement Sport" sets out that teachers should have adequate knowledge and skills as well as the ability to assess the relative levels. This implies the need to build self-assessment tools suitable for this purpose as well as verify their effectiveness. This work has proposed to construct and evaluate, involving a group of primary school teachers in Naples, a questionnaire for the self-assessment of the skill levels required to carry out primary school teaching in in the motor-sports field. The results have been obtained through the analysis and discussion of the descriptive and synthetic statistical data, highlighting the validity of the proposed questionnaire.
