Una nuova cultura del costruire tra mezzi dell’innovazione e obiettivi di sostenibilità

In this context, change the objectives of a new building culture, aware of its responsibility in the area and oriented to enhance the features in the broadest sense of the term. Are defined, then the most appropriate design strategies for the optimization of the relationship building / environment control and life cycle, specifying the technological implications in the design of new energy performance of housing in design, productive, constructive domain.

Il saggio descrive come la complessificazione delle esigenze abitative in termini di benessere, flessibilità degli spazi, salubrità degli ambienti, insieme ai nuovi orientamenti normativi sull’efficienza energetica degli edifici, stanno orientando il settore costruttivo verso livelli prestazionali sempre più elevati e rappresentano attualmente uno tra i principali motori dell’ innovazione. In tale contesto, si modificano gli obiettivi di una nuova cultura del costruire, consapevole della propria responsabilità sul territorio e orientata a valorizzarne le caratteristiche nel senso più ampio del termine. Sono definite, quindi, le strategie progettuali più idonee ai fini di una ottimizzazione del rapporto edificio/contesto e controllo del ciclo di vita, specificando le ricadute tecnologiche nella progettazione delle nuove prestazioni energetiche di involucro in ambito progettuale, produttivo, costruttivo.
