In order to prefigure shared enhancement scenarios for an inner and marginal area of Calabria (Italy), the study proposes a multi-methodological path that recognizes and interprets the area as a multifunctional cultural landscape. Given the limited availability of economic resources, the aim of the study is to create an evaluation process useful for evaluating shared development strategies through a bottom-up and top-down decisionmaking process, which enhances the specificities of the individual territories and which supports the development of intervention scenarios, aimed at pre-ordering a territorial development system. The use of deliberative evaluation methods, such as the Multi-Stakeholder Decision Analysis (MSDA), allows to guide the interaction between the different stakeholders involved towards a shared vision, in order to identify development scenarios for the study area and potential strategic actions for the implementation of shared development scenarios.
