Abstract
The predictive model of the National Health Service is unprecedented in the international scene and has the objective of building a forecast model of the Italian population’s health needs and the health expenditure capability, also through the use of new technologies, based on machine learning and artificial intelligence, to simulate different scenarios in order to support scheduling options, health and the proper distribution of resources to be consistent with current trends and to protect the sustainability of the system. The Health Technology Assessment (HTA) is a multidisciplinary and multidimensional scientific process that aims to support decision-making processes through the production of information onthe impact of health technologies introduction within health systems/organizations from different perspectives: effectiveness, economic, organizational, ethical, social, legal. Italy, in the context of the G20 Health Presidency, which includes also Mexico, highlighted the need to implement the One Health approach, an adequate solution to promote, support and strengthen interdisciplinary and intersectoral actions and strategies aimed not only to the prevention of diseases, but also to biodiversity conservation, climate change, sustainable development and resilience of human health.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
