In this research the Author addresses the problem of digital justice and the introduction of increasingly advanced artificial intelligence systems especially in relation to the specificity of labor justice. After the introduction, the new provisions which tend to move judicial prac- tices into the virtual space are critically commented. After this first part, the Author deals with the central issue of digital technology in the legal sector and Big Data, analyzing the problem also from the point of view of the European legislation on the regulation of data. In the second part, the problem, at the center of the legal debate, of “predictive justice” is ad- dressed, with a concise analysis of recent European legislative initiatives on artificial intelli- gence and on the problems concerning legal work and interpretation. Brief conclusions close the Author’s contribution, which presents a critical point of view on the uncontrolled expan- sion of artificial intelligence in the labor justice sector.

Abstract
Brief conclusions close the Author’s contribution, which presents a critical point of view on the uncontrolled expan- sion of artificial intelligence in the labor justice sector.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
