The present contribution constitutes an outline for the broader research that finds its beginning here, with respect to a very broad topic that qualifies the contemporary philosophical and legal debate on the relationship between AI and justice; it turns out possible to emphasize the role of the jurist who needs in and for his work the narrative dimension that enables him to adopt a ‘sensitive’ perspective toward an increasingly ‘intelligent’ and ‘decoincidental’ world.

Il presente contributo costituisce una traccia per la ricerca più ampia che vi trova inizio, rispetto ad un tema molto ampio che qualifica il dibattito filosofico e giuridico contemporaneo sul rapporto tra IA e giustizia; risulta possibile sottolineare il ruolo del giurista che necessita nel e per il suo operare della dimensione narrativa che gli consente di adottare un’ottica ‘sensibile’ verso un mondo sempre più ‘intelligente’ e ‘decoincidente’.
