One of the main themes of contemporary educational discussion is the concept of school inclusiveness, which is achieved when the school becomes a learning environment that ensures the educational success of all students, no one excluded. Physical education is one of the school disciplines that contributes decisively to the formation of body identity, personality and the acquisition of communicative-relational skills. This paper aims to highlight how physical education conceived and experimented in this way puts into practice a didactic that becomes a tool for the metacognitive development of the body and mind, in a framework in which subjects can recognize themselves in body and movement.

Abstract

One of the main themes of contemporary educational discussion is the concept of school inclusiveness, which is achieved when the school becomes a learning environment that ensures the educational success of all students, no one excluded. Physical education is one of the school disciplines that contributes decisively to the formation of body identity, personality and the acquisition of communicative-relational skills. This paper aims to highlight how physical education conceived and experimented in this way puts into practice a didactic that becomes a tool for the metacognitive development of the body and mind, in a framework in which subjects can recognize themselves in body and movement.
