Tra le ragioni che, nel settore delle costruzioni, alimentano l’idea di unacrisi del progetto, alcune riguardano l’informazione tecnica e le sue ricadute sullaqualità della realizzazione.Le certezze della regola dell’arte decadono rispetto al nuovo ruolo assunto dalla produzionenei processi decisionali/costruttivi e in particolare nel rapporto progettistaimpresa.Una qualsiasi soluzione tecnica è ormai difficilmente definibile «conforme»,per le fonti informative che la istruiscono, per le prestazioni attese, per gli esiti sulpiano architettonico, tecnico, materiale.
