As a result of the floristic investigations carried out between 1990 and 1993, 846 taxa, belonging to 435 genera and 101 families, are listed. The flora is characterized by the predominance of Mediterranean elements, but the occurrence of euro-asialic species, even al low altiludes, is favoured Iocally by colder microclimales.
